Submit a Crime Tip / Suspicious Activity / General inquiries

Use this form if you have general inquiries/questions OR if you’d like to submit suspicious/nuisance/ possible criminal activity to HPD. You may submit a tip anonymously or include your contact information.

  • Choose a topic that best relates to the information you are providing. Please choose the most relevant tip topic so that the proper personnel can follow up.
  • Fill out as much information that you may know, including the type of issue, location, and any physical suspect description.
  • Please include your information if you would like a member of the Police Department to follow up with you directly.
