Shoplifting Case
This pair is wanted for questioning in a Theft of property-third degree case that occurred on 01/19/2023 at a local business. According to reports they worked together, selected over $1,100 in merchandise, concealed the items, then passed the last point of sale without attempting to pay. Vehicle information is unknown.
Alabama Law states that theft of property that exceeds $500 in value but does not exceed $1,499 in value, and which is not taken from the person of another, constitutes theft of property in the third degree.
