Circumstances: The Hoover Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public in locating a runaway juvenile. Luci Marie Hullum, age 12, was last seen in the area of John Hawkins Parkway at Whisper Wood Drive. She was wearing a pink shirt, white pajama pants with red hearts, and took a Yorkshire Terrier breed dog with her when she ran away. Luci has run away in the past and is known to have frequented the areas of Birmingham and Bessemer. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Luci should contact Detective Brandon Harris at (205) 444-7742.
