Forged instrument case

This individual is wanted for questioning in a Criminal possession of a forged instrument case that occurred at a local financial institution. According to reports, the person passed a forged check for approximately $5,000 using an ID which turned out to be fake. Additional criminal charges may follow. Vehicle information is unknown.

Alabama law: Criminal possession of a forged instrument is a Class D felony, punishable by up to 5 years of incarceration.
