This pair is wanted for questioning in felony theft of property case (third degree) that occurred at a local business. According to reports, the two suspects attempted to break into a vehicle and a storage trailer but were unsuccessful. The suspect in the University of Alabama sweatshirt then climbed up and stole the surveillance video camera and mount belonging to the business. Suspect vehicle is a Jeep Liberty.
Alabama Law states that theft of property between $500 and $1,499 constitutes theft of property in the third degree. Theft of property in the third degree is a Class D felony, punishable by up to 5 years of incarceration.
