felony shoplifting case – October 26, 2023

This pair is wanted for questioning in a felony shoplifting case that occurred at a local business. According to reports, the two worked together and selected over $2,000 in merchandise, then passed all points of sale without attempting to pay.

Alabama Law: theft of property between $1,500 and $2,500 constitutes theft of property in the second degree.
