felony shoplifting case

This individual is wanted for questioning in a felony shoplifting case that occurred at a local business.  According to reports this person selected over $675 in merchandise, concealed the items, then passed the last point of sale without attempting to pay.  Vehicle information is unknown.

Alabama Law states that theft of property between $500 and $1,499 constitutes theft of property in the third degree. Theft of property in the third degree is a Class D felony, punishable by up to 5 years of incarceration.
