This individual is wanted for questioning in a felony theft of property case that occurred at a local business. According to reports, the item (value: over $900) was placed on the counter. The person in the photos walked over the counter, picked up the item, concealed it, then walked out of the store while passing all points of sale without attempting to pay. Vehicle information is unknown.
Alabama Law states that theft of property between $500 and $1,499 constitutes theft of property in the third degree. Theft of property in the third degree is a Class D felony, punishable by up to 5 years of incarceration.
