Requests for ADA/Rehabilitation Act Accommodations or Complaints 

 The City of Hoover strives to meet the standards of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the federal Rehabilitation Act for accessibility of facilities, programs, and services by persons with disabilities. Requests for accommodations should be directed to the City’s ADA Coordinator at [email protected] or by phone at 205-444-7662.

Individuals requiring an auxiliary aid or service for effective communications or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a City meeting/work session should also contact the Office of the City Clerk as soon as possible, but no later than 2 business days before the scheduled meeting or work session, at [email protected] or 205-444-7557.
